Reflecting on 2024
As we are coming to the end of 2024 it's a great time to reflect on the year that is coming to a close.
Here are some prompts to help you reflect:
- Achievements - what have you achieved this year?
Big or small, an achievement is an achievement.
What goals have you reached and ticked-off?
What progress towards longer term goals have you accomplished?
What bucket list items have you done?
Where have you stepped outside your comfort zone?
2. What things are you most proud of?
Do you have better / healthier habits instilled?
What accolades have you acquired?
This may tie-in to achievements above.
3. What things are you grateful for?
New acquaintances?
New opportunities?
New ways of thinking and being?
4. What are your favourite memories of 2024?
Family, health, business or personal.
Looking through your photos, which ones jump out at you?
Which memories have left a lasting impression on you?
