Most of us are quite conscious when we talk to other people. We are careful of not hurting other people feelings. However, when we talk to ourselves, we have no filter. We tell ourselves horrible things. I’m fat, I’m ugly, they don’t like me or I have Xmas.
This is call autosuggestion. This is very powerful used for positive things but also for negative things. I’m gonna give you my 3 top tips on autosuggestion.
1 write positive affirmations that you are going to believe
2 repeat them with emotion, twice a day, first thing in the morning and last thing at night. Feel them like true.
3 surround yourself with positivity. Stay away from the negative people and news, instead, listen and read inspiring material.
