Welcome :) The full Manager's Productivity Playbook is in the Classroom. If you came from your scorecard results, you already know which Mode your week is running in and where it is leaking. If you came in some other way, the scorecard is optional and the Playbook does not need it. When you open the Playbook, do the first thing in there. Only then the next one. The sequence matters. You cannot defend a focus block you have not scheduled, and you cannot schedule priorities you have not decided on yet. Each fix builds on the one before it. If fix 1 is already how you work, tick it off and take the next one. Anything in there you have already sorted out counts as a win. What this community is for is everything that comes up as you implement, and after. - There's a fix that does not fit your situation. - Something that broke on Tuesday. - What you tried, and what happened when you tried it. - What surprised you. Put in a comment, if you are willing: How many people you manage, and how in control of your week you feel right now and why? Mostly because it is difficult to keep believing you are uniquely disorganised while reading a bunch of other managers describing your own week back to you. Dārta 💛
