This week I’ve been building Our New Echo™, getting clearer on my “why,” and learning to share my message more openly.
What I noticed is that the old echoes became louder.
They sounded like:
• Who do you think you are to do this?• You’re not qualified enough.• Other people know more than you.• Stay small and stay safe.• Don’t get your hopes up.•
If this doesn’t work, it means you failed.
As I paused and reflected, I realized something:
The old beliefs that surface when we’re growing aren’t proof that we’re on the wrong path.
Sometimes they’re evidence that we’re stepping into something new and we are learning to building capacity to maintain it.
I had to remind myself that I don’t need to know everything to lead. I don’t need permission to share my story. I only need the courage to take the next step.
This week, I’m proud that I kept showing up anyway.
Now I’d love to hear from you.
What old echo surfaced for you this week?
What new echo are you choosing instead?
I’ll go first:
Old Echo:“Who do you think you are?”
New Echo:“I am becoming the person I was always meant to be.”
What do I want to carry with me into the week ahead?
“Transformation happens in the small moments when we choose awareness, self-trust, and courage over autopilot.”
What begins with you, echoes forward™.
