Quick Inspiration & Imagination Tip ✨
Hey dears, Sharing a simple five-minute practice to beat the grey days and return to the body through the energy of inspiration. Take a moment and find a comfortable seat and connect with your breath. If it feels comfortable, you can close your eyes. Stay connected to your breath as you settle into your body. Next, all you need to do is FIND your dream. Your dream is your sacred space, and one that no one else can touch, but you know it. Find your dream, open the door for that dream, and sit inside of that space. As you sit inside of that space, give it as much detail, as much care, and as much attention as possible. Give it color and attention, as you stay connected with your breath. When you’re ready, come back out. You can explore what the message of your dream is for you. What does it want to tell you? When you return, do one thing that helps you take one small step towards that dream. There’s a difference between a dream and a fantasy. A dream turns our body on- it is somatic because it sits in the seat of the heart. Our fantasy is in the mind, and holds a special purpose as well, however it is a mirage.
