🌿 Spring Equinox is almost here. As I move toward the bloom, I find myself in a quiet but powerful act of becoming in this 2026 version - exfoliating the last layers of skin that no longer belong and arriving more fully into the being of now. true colors. There's a particular sensation that comes when we stand at the edge of something — posting a video, saying the thing that feels uncomfortable, using your voice where it once felt too loud. The way the feeling hits differently now, and in that it can also be an invitation to lean in — fully, truthfully, with complete love. The more we live in our embodied truth, the more we can genuinely honor the world around us. Authenticity isn't just self-liberation, it's a gift we share with our ecosystem. So as this season turns toward growing light, I'm curious about you. What does showing your true colors look like right now? Maybe it's in the small ways you show up for yourself each day.
