There's a big difference between a great product and an irresistible offer. And it cost me sales before I figured it out.
I launched a $1,500 drop-off dog training service that people had been asking for. First few clients jumped on. Then it completely stalled.
The product was solid. The offer wasn't doing its job.
Here's what changed everything: I stacked the value. Private sessions. Group follow-up class. Training videos of their dog sent directly to the owner. Handouts. An app with their dog's homework and progress.
Most of it was already included. We just never said it out loud.
The moment we laid it all out as line items โ it sold.
Your challenge this week: Look at whatever you're selling or creating right now. What are you already giving that you're not presenting as part of the offer? What can you add that doesn't take any extra effort?
Drop it in the comments โ I want to see what you come up with. ๐
