How do you talk to kids about feelings? Do you:✔ name them✔ talk through them✔ try to “fix” them✔ or something else? Tomorrow I’m going live with an author who focuses on something I think is SO important: 👉 There are no “bad” feelings. Just ones we don’t always understand yet.
