Quick story on why this exists. At 17 I placed top 4 in UK bodybuilding. Then I started actually going out, kept telling myself I'd get back in shape "on Monday," and lost the whole physique over about a year of Mondays. Turns out you don't have to choose. Thats the Delusional Standard that most don't believe in, you can be out with mates most weekends, and still in great shape. No extremes, no monk mode, no giving up your life to look good.
