Here are 3 back-opening moves Iโ€™m using right now to feel stronger, lighter, and more free when I dance:
๐Ÿ”น Downward dog push-ups
๐Ÿ”น Back bridge (aka wheel pose)
๐Ÿ”น Wall walks
๐ŸŽฏ My goals:
โ€ข Hold back bridge for 3 minutes
โ€ข 100 downward dog push-ups (no dropping)
โ€ข 10 clean wall walks in a row
โœ… Practice Tip: Start with reps or a timer. Doesnโ€™t matter how deep you goโ€”just be consistent. Tag me or post in the Movement Lounge if youโ€™re working on any of these.
