๐Ÿ”ฅ 47 Leads in 17 Days ๐Ÿ”ฅ
You've probably seen me talking about the amount of leads we're getting in our studio, but let's do a little deep dive. What does 47 leads in 17 days REALLY mean?? ๐ŸŒŸ It means we are averaging 2.7 leads coming in per day, meaning we will likely hit 77 leads this month. ๐ŸŒŸ Lets reverse engineer this number: If we assume 50% will come in for paid trials and 50% of that number will enroll, we're looking at enrolling 19 students this month. ๐ŸŒŸ It also means we have contact info for all 77 leads that we can continue to market to and reach out to until they come in for a trial. โ‰๏ธ What would enrolling 19 students in one month do for your studio? My guess is it would be a HUGE step in the right direction and solve a lot of your current problems. I know this because I've spoken to so many of you and you've told me this yourself. ๐Ÿ”ฅ I'm working on something that I think will be SUPER helpful when it comes to bringing in new students in your studio, but please feel free to reach out for anything! ๐Ÿ’– VALENTINES DAY MARKETING TIPS ๐Ÿ’–
Hey studio owner friends! This post is to remind you that any holiday can be a great time to market to new students THROUGH your current students. If just ONE person enrolls from these cards, it makes the entire effort worth it, with very little cost. 1) Cards are designed and ordered through Canva. (Once you make them, they are super easy to reorder each year.) 2) Hand out these cards as "Valentines" to current students. 3) Students can take as many as they want. 4) Students give these to their friends. 5) Aspiring dancers book intros. 6) Dancers enroll. Although you might feel rushed to get these made and ordered in time this year, go ahead and create something, even if you don't use it until next season.
