Fill The "GAP": Genuineness, Authenticity, Practicality
Welcome to "The Daditude Lounge." This isn’t a course, but it is a course of action. This isn’t therapy, though it can be therapeutic. This isn’t a highlight reel, yet it highlights what’s real. You don’t clean up before jumping in the shower, do you? No, you just step in, so come as you are. We listen. We talk. We share what we’ve lived. In here, stories create the bond, and then brotherhood does the work. "The Daditude Lounge" is for the average man, the working father, the young gun. The real man who wants to be better today than yesterday. We don’t quit, we don’t complain, and we do not need to explain. We hold our heads high, and we commit to our truth. They say we only live once, which is not true; we only die once, and we GET to live in Christ every day. Be grateful for each awakening day, as tomorrow isn’t promised, so right now IS what matters. Matthew 6:25-34 Introduce yourself when it feels right. We'll be dropping photos of our builds in the garage, the office, or the vision in our minds. If there's a vision, it's been planted for a reason. Proverbs 16:9 The Spirit of Repair. http://www.daditudepowersports.com Let go. Let’s grow.

The Truth Is Supposed To Hurt!
Something I've noticed lately. Several people have reached out to me from very dark places, not because they needed information, and most certainly not because they needed a strategy. Because they were hurting and wanted to validate how deep the water they were drowning in was. This reminded me: Most people don't struggle because they don't know what to do. They struggle because they aren't ready to accept what they already know, & I've been there too. The truth usually arrives long before we're willing to obey it. Question for the brothers: What truth have you been negotiating with lately?

The Truth Is Supposed To Hurt!
Weekly Check-In: Leading From the Front
This week's check-in was a little different. One of the biggest lessons I've learned lately is that growth doesn't happen by accident. It happens when we're willing to be honest about where we are, celebrate what's working, acknowledge what's not, and take responsibility for our next step. In this video, I answer the same reflection questions I encourage every member of this community to consider. Not because I have it all figured out. Because I don't. The Daditude Lounge isn't built on perfection. It's built on honesty, accountability, growth, and brotherhood. After watching, I'd love to hear from you: 1. What was your biggest win this week? 2. What challenged you the most? 3. What is one action you're committed to taking before next week's check-in? Drop your answers below. Let's grow together. #LetGoLetsGrow

A question for my brothers & sisters:
Have you ever realized that the version of yourself you became was built to survive... not to be loved? For years, I built walls around my heart and didn't even realize it. What wall have you built that once protected you, but now keeps people out? No answer is perfect, and will probably sting. Honesty with yourself will be awkward, I promise.
