🚨GETTING SUED?🚨
If you’re getting SUED by LVNV Funding or any Debt Collector, here’s what to do to get the case dismissed. ⬇️😤
Step 1:
See if the original creditor has an arbitration agreement. For example if you originally owed Credit One & they sold your debt to LVNV, you’ll go to google to see if Credit One has an arbitration agreement or go to American Arbitration Association | Arbitration & ADR Services
Step 2:
File an ANSWER & MOTION TO COMPEL ARBITRATION
Go to ChatGPT and enter this prompt “Create me a detailed Motion to Compel letter for [the company that’s suing you] & also create me an Answer responding to the “lawsuit”.
Step 3:
Send or take it to the courts & watch the case get dismissed. 🙌🏾
Don’t panic. Don’t ignore the lawsuit.
