Before we jump into another year of goals, plans, and “doing more”… we’re hitting pause.
This December, I’m hosting a Reflect & Reignite Challenge for moms who want to:
- look back on the year without beating themselves up,
- reconnect with their creativity,
- and head into the new year with clarity, not pressure.
It’s a short, gentle challenge with mostly pre-recorded prompts and one live session at the end of December to wrap it all up together.
No daily overwhelm. No perfection required. Just space to breathe, reflect, and remember who you are.
