I started the Creative Collective for one reason: I needed a room like this and couldn’t find one. I wanted a place to "talk shop" with people who understand the weight of a production schedule—where I didn’t have to explain why a project is "more than just a video."
I wanted a space to share what’s working, be honest about what isn’t, and share the systems that help us get our time and sanity back.
Many directors are tasked rather than empowered. You’re expected to build digital creative teams from scratch while already drowning in the weekly grind. In this group, I’m sharing practical insights from my years in ministry, agencies, and freelance work to help you stop the "burnout" cycle.
