Time of the Essence, yup served with that yesterday because their mortgage guy is an idiot. Keeps promising a closing and never delivers. Yes, this is the same guy I went to battle with the other day. Buyers attorney pissed. If the loan doesn't close by the 19th (21st at the latest) they loose their money- not good. Let's see what happens
