Ladies. If you don't know who David Goggins is then I need you to check him out. I started reading his biography and DAMN...what this man has overcome is out of this world. I listened to this motivational speech of his this morning and immediately I was like...LET'S SLAY! Just wanted to put him on your radar. He is all about how the past creates the fire for who you are. And that accepting your story (no matter how hard you had it) is your super power. So much of what he speaks about is what you are all working on this month in the community. How to take past pain, rejection, setbacks...and see how they formed you. And use them as fuel for where you are going.
