how is everyone's market research going? I went to search for videos in my niche and there weren't really many educational type videos despite trying several keywords on my list. I am a therapist and I was searching anxiety management tips, self care routines, mindset how tos, finding identity after motherhood and relevant videos were not coming up. This surprises me as i thought it was a popular topic. Does this mean no one is interested in it on Instagram? (I didn't search TikTok) or does this indicate a great gap for me to fill? Any thoughts welcome. Or am i searching wrong?

I usually write the caption in my computer in Google Keep and then copy and paste to Instagram on my phone. It were all fine before but recently it shows all those weird symbol in Instagram. Even I tired to paste as plain text... anyone knows how to avoid this?
