Business Struggle Series: Part 1
I loved reading through all of your answers on my last post. Keep them coming! I thought it would be fun to start answering them one by one because I know if one person is wondering it... a bunch of you probably are too. Today's struggle to cover is... "I struggle with how to transition into selling or offering something from a post." Soooo, can I tell you a secret as a sales and marketing expert, both in corporate and in my own businesses? I used to overthink this ALL. THE. TIME when I first started in the online space. I'd write a great post, get to the end, and think... "Okay... now how do I bring up my product without sounding like a total desperate creep" 😂 Here's what changed everything for me... I stopped thinking about selling and started thinking about helping. To sell, you really don't sell. Here's what I mean. If someone just read your post because they're struggling with something, and you have a resource, product, affiliate link, or service that can help them... why wouldn't you tell them about it? You're not interrupting the conversation. You're continuing it. A few things that help me: Teach first. Give them something they can actually use. People are so much more open to your recommendation when they've already gotten value from you. Make the transition feel natural. Instead of randomly saying, "Buy this!" try something like: - "This is actually why I created..." - "If you want me to walk you through this step-by-step..." - "If you're ready to take this further..." See the difference? It feels like you're talking to a friend. Tell stories! Honestly, stories sell better than sales posts ever will. Share what you struggled with, what changed, and how you got there. Then naturally mention the product, tool, or resource that helped you in a CTA. And here's the biggest reminder... People can't buy something they don't know exists. And, if you're a business people EXPECT you to be selling something soooooo.... sell, girl. I see so many amazing business owners who are afraid to talk about their offers, and then wonder why nobody is buying. If you truly believe what you're sharing can help someone, don't hide it.

Can we have a real conversation for a minute?
Can we have a real conversation for a minute? If you're trying to make money online right now, what's your biggest struggle? Is it... ➡️ Not knowing where to start? ➡️ Not having enough time? ➡️ Growing your audience? ➡️ Getting engagement? ➡️ Creating content consistently? ➡️ Understanding affiliate marketing? ➡️ Landing brand deals? ➡️ Knowing what digital product to create? ➡️ Actually making sales? I've been building online businesses for over 12 years, and one thing I've learned is that most people aren't failing because they aren't capable. They're stuck because they're overwhelmed by too much information and not enough direction. Sound familiar? So let's help each other out. Drop your biggest challenge below, no judgment, no "dumb" answers. I read every comment, and I'll create future trainings, tips, and resources based on what you need most. Let's see what everyone is struggling with right now. My expertise is in brand partnerships, UGC work, affiliate marketing, and digital products. I made $18k so far this month doing the above. The bulk comes from brand partnerships and digital products. Digital products are mostly passive, which is nice! So, how can I help you? Let me know below!

Raise Your Hand If You're A Procrastinator
When you’re a business owner, it’s really easy to let your ideas run your day and suddenly you’re overwhelmed, jumping from one thing to the next, and nothing actually gets finished. Here’s how to rein yourself back in and helpful tips I follow to stay on top of my two successful online businesses: *Make a list of everything you need to do.
Then pick your top priorities
Focus on just 3 to 5 things to complete. Crossing things off your list is more powerful than you think.
It gives you momentum and makes you feel accomplished which keeps you going. *Put your phone on do not disturb.
Notifications are the fastest way to lose focus. *And please… don’t scroll.
You’re not “researching”.
You’re losing time. If you do want inspiration, set a timer
10 to 15 minutes max.
Then get back to work before you fall into the rabbit hole. Batch similar tasks together.
Filming, writing, editing.
Stay in the same mode so your brain doesn’t have to reset every 10 minute. And give yourself a clear stopping point. Work gets easier when you know when you’re done. You don’t need more time.
You need more direction. :) Hope this helps! Make it a great week! xo

Monetization Tip. Earn without a following....
Friends who want to start diving into UGC work or brand partnerships. One agency I've worked with for years, and they pay well, especially for UGC work, is SoapBox Retail. UGC work is perfect for people who don't have anything they'd like to teach others (some sort of expertise) through digital products (my fave, mostly passive way to earn). You don't need a following. Allows you to be creative. 1000s and 1000s of brands are looking for this type of content creation. Trust me, I work with tons every month. You can sign up to get posted job emails to apply to be a creator with them below: SOAPBOX Hope this helps!
