Managing Lower Body sessions
Training will be Tuesdays & Thursday for myself. Practice games Saturday
How do I manage leg day sessions? I don't see myself recovering in time before a training session.
Or should i switch to full body sessions. Just doing 1 leg exercise per workout to help recovery
Also best substitute for squatting exercises? I have knee tendinitis & in lost my ability to squat. Barbell Deadlift & squad Extensions?
