How the Challenge Works
💡 The challenge runs for 28 days total (7 + 21 days).
💡 The first 7 days give you everything you need to start building traffic fast.
💡 The following 21 days help you dive deeper and turn that momentum into lasting growth habits.
What You Need to Do
✅ Step 2: Go through the challenge day by day (recommended!) and implement after each video
✅ Step 3: Make a copy of your personal challenge tracker
✅ Step 4: Update your tracker daily (the videos show you how).
✅ Step 5: Post your daily check-in comment under the correct post and link it in your tracker to be eligible for the contests.
🎁 How the Contests Work
CONTEST #1 – UNLOCK PREMIUM FOR 1 MONTH 💸
🏆 Open only to members who joined The Closing Table on or after December 9th, 2025.
🏆 Post your daily Sprint check-ins and complete all tasks.
To qualify as a completer:
1️⃣ Submit your challenge tracker using the official submission form once you’ve finished all 28 days. 2️⃣ Your tracker must include a visible update link for each of the 28 days, showing that you took at least one action per day toward increasing your traffic. Even if you didn’t complete every single task, consistent daily action counts as completion.
CONTEST #2 – 1:1 Strategy Session With AJ Santana 🤑
All active The Closing Table members who complete the full 7-Day Seller Sprint and submit a qualifying tracker with 7 daily updates are eligible for the 1:1 Strategy Session Giveaway.
At the end of each challenge cycle, one winner will be selected based on:
- Consistency of daily execution
- Engagement with the challenge materials and check-ins
- Demonstrated effort, progress, and momentum toward generating seller leads
🏆 The winner will receive a private, personalized strategy session with AJ Santana (30–60 minutes), focused on deal flow, acquisitions, system building, or any real estate strategy they want help with.
You can re-enter the challenge at any time.
As long as you complete another 28-day cycle and submit proof of daily action, you’ll be eligible for the next round’s rewards.

- This is a contest of skill, not chance. Winners are chosen based on verified effort and participation — never by random draw.
- Rewards are processed within 14 days of confirmation.
