Updated Sleep Course
Hey there, first off I wanted to say that I appreciate each and everyone of you that go through these course and I hope that you are getting some value out of them. What topic do you think I should do next?
As you probably know a few weeks back I released a full course on sleep and as the weeks have gone on it has become more and more evident that I think I may have fallen a bit short in one key area. While the original course included plenty of tactical tools and strategies, it wasn’t laid out in a step-by-step, systematic way that was easy to follow. So, I went back to the drawing board and fixed that by adding a brand-new section on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I). CBT-I is the gold standard for treating insomnia and improving sleep quality. If you've already watched the full sleep course there will be parts of this new section that seem repetitive but I have laid it out in a way that over the course of 6 weeks you have specific and actionable things to perform with each passing week.
