Ebooks
I have a question for those of you who downloaded the free ebooks - do you find the topics and material useful? Would you add anything? Take away something? I'll be thankful for any suggestion. Klemen

The First Aid Kit will be free!
Teachers, I have a surprise for you. By the end of next week I'll be opening up a new free segment in the TCA Skool called "The First Aid Kit." If you’ve ever felt like you’re "acting" like a teacher but the students aren't buying it, this is for you. We aren't doing pedagogy here. We are doing behavioral engineering. What’s inside? 5 high-impact lessons designed to stop the loss of authority in under 5 minutes. No fluff. No theory. Just tactical drills you can use in your next period. How to access: Just head over to the Classroom section and look for "The First Aid Kit." It’s 100% free for all members. It’s time to stop shouting and start leading. See you inside. Scheduled events
Dear TCA members, thank you for being part of this community. While the community slowly grows I'll start scheduling events for us who are already here. These are the planned events that will appear in our discussion board. - monday - The Weekly Intention - I'll provide one specific tactical task based on Chase Hughes’ methodology to execute throughout the week. This way we'll get in touch with several tools on how to keep the class engaged and our nerves intact :) - wednesday - "Behavioral Breakdown: What Do You See?" - I'll try and find videos online for us to discuss. I'll appreciate all the help possible so if you have any videos that would help our fellow classmates feel free to post - friday - "Win-Room" - this will be the cornerstone of our community empathy. I encourage you to post your small wins (any wins actually) so we can congratulate you and learn from your success. I wish us all a productive 2026!
