Desperate For Help
Sorry to reach out directly on this page, but I'm at my last attempt on getting help with my chicken bawks annual order I paid for back in May of 2025. I understand you are a small business but I'm simply being ignored and ghosted by your entire customer service team and I'm not even sure why to be frank.
I paid for an annual subscription back in May 2025 as a gift for my mother. My mom hasn't received an order since October, so she hasn't received to date the October, November, December, and now January boxes.
I was told a month+ ago from someone on your CS team that they were going to fix it and make it right, but I have been ghosted at this point with several follow up emails. I randomly did get a $75 gift card but no messages or explanation were responded to me in reference about it which at the end of the day doesn't help as the point of the annual subscription was for my mother to consistently get a box a month for a year.
At this point, if I can get some help on just getting my Mom's orders that are owed to her shipped as she really does love the product but at this point I've paid for an annual and not getting anything from it for over 6 months now.
