WHAT DOES LEADING LIKE JESUS LOOK LIKE?
Leading with love like Jesus is very difficult. it requires that you love those you influence so much thatyou help them move from who they are to who God wants them to be, and that process can be painful. It is standing up, when everything around you is falling down. Leading like Jesus is combining relationship and results that honors God. Loving your followers and still serving them.
This is not a soft, easy fuzzy kind of love where followers are able to do what they want to do, it requires patience, serving them, and loving them.
