Transformational That Begins on the Inside
Jesus' disciples were His followers. Jesus told them, "Follow me, and I will make you fishers of men." (Matthew 4:19). Jesus' statement communicated right at the start that if the disciples followed Him, they would become different. As they followed Jesus He would transform them.
As the disciples grew, & matured, they become refined and transformed throughout their journey with Jesus. Therefore, if we are to lead like Jesus, you must have a surrenderd heart towards Him. It begins with leaders examining themselves by asking the question; (1.) Whose am ? (2.) Who am I?
Tha answer defines the ultimate authority of your life.
