NEW MINDSET
I want to continue in the mode of thinking about gardening our followers. As we know, followers is another term we use for our team members. Each of our team members have their unique gifts and talents. Let's continue this week in focusing on our team members needs and growth patterns. If we find that a team member is not progressing in their given task ot position, then as leaders we are to empathize, and find out what might be their challenge. Yes it takes a grand amount of humility and patience in learning more about our team members individually, but remember we are growing a garden..
