Hey I was wondering if anyone had any tips on becoming a lot more confident, I’ve had many days where I was very confident and balling out and some days I just play as everyone else and show up and have a little bit of worry on my shoulders. It’s mostly while I’m at my school training like for high school and not as much club.

STOP SETTING GOALS
Stop making goals in the way you've normally done it. Instead of saying "I want to be on this team by this date," say "I want to train X, Y, and Z every day for X many months so that I can become the player worthy of getting on that team." You can only control YOU. You can't control the coaches, your teammates, or the weather so stop making goals that involve any of those things. Input goals >>> output goals.

Whats one question you have for a current college player who’s already gone through the whole recruiting process? (Ps the q&a got moved to today from yesterday)
Forget How You Feel...
It's important when chasing the vision of the player you want to be, that you block out the majority of your feelings. Feelings are inconsistent, one day you might feel like getting to work, the next maybe not. And of course the work, the reps, and the habits of a great player have to be consistent if nothing else. Do what you've got to do regardless of how you feel and you're one of very few who have that rare ability.
