This week's move…just action.
Step 1: Pull your actual reports.Go to AnnualCreditReport.com — not Credit Karma, that's not your real file — and pull all three: Equifax, Experian, TransUnion. Free. Download each one. Step 2: Take a first look.Redact your SSN and full account numbers, then paste your account list into ChatGPT and ask:"Here's my credit report account list. In plain language, walk me through what each account is, and point out anything that looks unfamiliar, duplicated, or worth a second look. This gives you a real first look at what's actually being reported. Pay attention to what comes back. Step 3: Clean up your personal info FIRST — before you touch a single account.Go through the personal information section on each report and make sure your name is the same across all three bureaus, your date of birth is correct, your Social Security Number isn't showing where it shouldn't be, old cell numbers are gone, and your employer is removed completely (collectors use that to track you down for wage garnishment or a lawsuit — you don't have to have it listed). Then pull the Personal Information Update Letter from Resources, fill it in, and mail it to all three bureaus. Reply below once you've pulled your reports. Let's see this room move. 👑

Welcome To The Brilliant Room
You're here because you know it's time. You know you deserve better. You know your family deserves better. You've been living in a reality that you weren't meant to stay in — and something in you said enough. This is not a credit repair group. This is not a place where we chase scores. This is a financial education community built by someone who spent 15+ years inside the banking system and came out to teach you what they never wanted you to know. Inside The Brilliant Room, you will learn how the credit system actually evaluates you, how to position yourself for funding and opportunity, and how to build a financial foundation that gives you real options. But first — we start with the truth about where you really are. Everything changes when you understand the system. That’s why you’re here. Start Here 1. Introduce yourself. Tell us your name and what brought you here. 2. If you’re comfortable, share what season you’re in financially. Are you navigating a crisis, working through recovery, feeling stuck in a cycle, or stable but ready for more? Wherever you are, you’re welcome here. 3. Share one financial goal you’d like to accomplish over the next 90 days. 4. Head to the Classroom and start with “It Starts With You.” 5. Stay engaged. Ask questions. Learn. Apply what you learn. 6. Show up for yourself. Show up for your future. It’s your turn.

What Noboby Told You.
Before we go any further — tell me one thing you wish someone would have explained to you about credit or money a long time ago. Drop it below. I’ll go first.
Pull Your Credit Report Now
If you’ve been denied credit in the last 60 days — you are entitled to a free copy of your credit report from the bureau the lender used to make that decision. It doesn’t matter if it was a mortgage, a car loan, a credit card, or any other form of credit. Under 15 U.S.C. § 1681m, the lender is required to notify you of the adverse action and tell you which bureau they used. Under 15 U.S.C. § 1681j(b), you are entitled to a free copy of that report within 60 days. Don’t guess. Don’t assume. Pull your report and know exactly what’s working against you. Documentation beats convenience. Every time.
