We just released the next episode in our 3D Printing Journey.
This one is all about scaling and test fitting the Iron Man helmet before committing to final prints.
If you’ve ever printed wearable cosplay for your kid, you know this is where things can go sideways fast. A file can look perfect on the screen, then you try it on and realize something feels off.
In this episode we:
• Scaled the helmet using Armorsmith
• Printed a full prototype
• Assembled it with tape for a quick test fit
• Checked comfort, vision, and overall proportions
