What Happens When a Woman Finally Gets Clear on Her Assignment
I shared a new Substack article today that feels very connected to the conversations happening in this community. It’s about that in-between season so many women find themselves in — where you know God is stirring something… but you’re exhausted from living in constant internal debate. Not because you don’t want to obey — but because you don’t want to rush, strive, or get it wrong. What I’ve seen (and lived) is this: clarity doesn’t just change your plans — it changes your nervous system. When a woman gets clear on her assignment: - her yeses become more intentional - her nos become easier - her time feels less scattered - and her confidence starts to rebuild In the article, I also share why clarity is never the finish line — it’s the threshold — and why calling was never meant to be carried alone. If this season of clarity + next steps is resonating with you, I’d really encourage you to read it. 👉 https://open.substack.com/pub/emilyvermillion/p/what-happens-when-a-woman-finally?r=30szvz&utm_medium=ios&shareImageVariant=overlay And just so you know — the space I’m opening next is designed specifically for women who are standing right here: clear enough to move, but wise enough to want support as they do. More soon. Stay close 🤍

Why Clarity Rarely Comes the Way We Expect
Welcome to a New Journey
I’m so glad all of you are here! For one reason or another, each of you have shared what you hope to gain from being part of our community. 🥰 It reminds me of a time in my own life when I was searching for clarity and purpose. I found a lot of comfort in finding the right support and digging into the Word. The Word which says: "Your word is a lamp for my feet, a light on my path." — Psalm 119:105 So I’m asking you… What are you hoping to explore or understand better? Maybe it’s something about your faith, prayer, or even just figuring out God’s will for your life. Whatever it may be in this season, know this: You are not alone. We’re a family in Christ, and there’s strength in walking this path together. ❤️

🎄 Okay ladies… Christmas is LESS than a week away! 🎄
Which means our houses are somewhere between magical and absolute chaos 😅 And honestly? Both can be true at the same time. So let’s have a little fun together… 👇 Finish this sentence in the comments: “This Christmas, I’m really leaning into ________.” Maybe it’s: • slower mornings • simpler plans • making memories over perfection • saying no without guilt • soaking in the magic with my kids • extra grace (for myself AND everyone else) There’s no right answer — just yours. And if you want to add one thing you’re giving yourself permission to let go of this week, I’d love to hear that too. Let’s encourage each other as we head into the final stretch. I’m so grateful you’re here. 💛
I wrote something for you 🎄
I published something today that feels like the heart of this season to me. It’s about those quiet Christmas moments that catch you off guard—the ones where joy, gratitude, and longing all exist at the same time. The moments that make you slow down and think, I don’t want to miss this. If you’ve felt that lately, I wrote this for you 🤍 You can read it here ↓ https://open.substack.com/pub/emilyvermillion/p/not-lost-why-christmas-awakens-something?r=30szvz&utm_medium=ios
