Case Lab
Every week, you drop one full NCMHCE-style case. It includes: Client vignette Presenting problem Psychosocial history Risk factors Cultural considerations Ethical flags Then the community works through it together. You guide them through: What do you do first? What is NOT appropriate? What data is missing? What diagnoses are ruled in/out? What level of care is indicated? What interventions fit THIS case? This trains their clinical sequencing — which is the #1 thing people struggle with.

Instead of listing DSM criteria, you teach: What anxiety vs trauma vs depression looks like in a vignette What clues signal personality disorders What screams substance use What indicates psychosis vs mood disorder You could do: “Diagnosis of the week” Mini case examples Common NCMHCE traps This builds clinical intuition, not memorization.
