The 5 touch follow-up system.
Most contractors quit after 1-2 follow-ups and lose 70% of their deals.
Here's my 5-touch system that closes 65%:
TOUCH 1 - SAME DAY
Text: "Hey [Name], just sent your estimate. Questions?"
TOUCH 2 - DAY 2
Email: "Following up on your estimate. Ready to move forward?"
TOUCH 3 - DAY 5
Call: "Checking in. Any questions about the quote?"
TOUCH 4 - DAY 10
Email: "One thing I forgot - [add value]. Let me know if ready to schedule!"
TOUCH 5 - DAY 15
Call: "Last check-in. Still interested or should I close your file?"
RESULTS:
• 20% close by touch 2
• 30% close by touch 4
• 15% close at touch 5
• 65% total close rate
If you quit at touch 2, you lose 45% of potential revenue..
