I usually go to the gym around 3-4pm and workout for 1-2 hrs, 2-4 times a week.
I also recently started walking about 20 minutes in the morning after I wake up.
I’ve used cold plunging to start my day and wake up quicker. This tends to set a tone for my discipline throughout the day.
I’ve also used it as a pre workout before I go to the gym. I’ve heard this helps boosts T levels. And I’ve done it after an intense cardio.
And rarely I’ll do one in the evening before bed.
