Conscious Call with Brian is happening in 3 days
Remember who you are...
You’re not just in the universe. You are the universe, becoming aware of itself. Yet… Somewhere along the way, you were taught to disconnect from that truth. To shrink your worth down to how lovable you were to someone else. To abandon your wholeness just to feel half chosen. To question your voice, your brilliance, your body because someone couldn’t see what you hadn’t yet remembered. The cosmos didn’t mess up when it made you. It didn’t stutter when it formed your sensitivity, your fire, your standards. It gave you all of that for a reason. The moment you stop chasing love as a transaction or dare I say, with conditions and start remembering it as your frequency That’s when the universe stops reflecting your wounds and starts mirroring your power. That’s what we do inside Love Reimagined. I don’t teach you how to “get” love. I guide you back to the version of you who never questioned she was it all along. Because the relationship of your dreams? It doesn’t come when you finally prove your worth. It comes when you remember it. You’re not broken. You’re just waking up. Love is the part of the universe that wants to meet you there. If you let it. Love isn’t just an emotion; it’s the organizing intelligence of the universe. Or whatever you choose, the choice is yours. Love, Brian

Feeling safe in the body
In order to get out of fight and flight and enter into restful state we have to create new processes within the body. The first step is to identify where the tension is on your body. Breathe into the location by inhaling through your nose and exhale for twice as long as you inhaled. After a few rounds of this run through these questions... 1. Who are you?  2. What age are you?  3. Why are you here?  4. What do you need from me?  5. What are you scared most about?  6. What can I do for you?  7. Am I safe in this moment? Inhale through your nose and exhale through your mouth. This sets up a new opportunity to choose your response, choose wisely. Other things to consider, - Eat a snack - Drink some water or a calming tea. - Take a walk - Take a cold shower or cold plunge - Earthing, bare feet in the ground. - Hug a tree or walk in nature. - Go to bed and wake up at the same time every day.

Sept 16th Evening Call - Values
We throw around the word values like the word self-love. What does it truly mean to you? What is important to you so that you experience the relationship you desire? You'll find them in your values. This is your moral compass to guide you in your relationship with yourself first, to embody them, so that you experience these values in your relationship. Not necessarily to place or expect them from others. Some will hold different weight but it's up to you to find what you hold dear to establish more CLARITY in your life. Clarity is power, and when we're clear, we can know more of what we're looking for only because we hold and exude what we're looking for. Here are some values to take stock, examine, and clarify how important we hold on these values AND to embody them in ourselves first. 1. Emotional Intelligence - Empathy: Can he understand and share your feelings? - Self-Awareness: Is he aware of his emotions and able to manage them constructively? - Communication Skills: Can he express himself clearly and listen attentively? 2. Shared Values - Life Goals: Do you have aligned visions for the future, including family, career, and lifestyle? - Core Beliefs: Are your morals and principles compatible? - Spiritual Connection: Do you share similar beliefs or approaches to spirituality? 3. Emotional Support - Nurturing: Does he offer comfort and support during tough times? - Encouragement: Does he motivate you to pursue your passions and personal growth? - Dependability: Can you rely on him when needed? 4. Mutual Respect - Boundaries: Does he respect your personal space, time, and decisions? - Equality: Does he view the relationship as a partnership where both of you have equal importance? - Appreciation: Does he value your opinions, efforts, and contributions? 5. Trust and Honesty - Transparency: Is he open about his life and feelings? - Consistency: Does his behavior align with his words over time? - Loyalty: Can you count on him to stay committed and faithful?

The Reflection of the Mirror.
Your life is an external reflection of your mind. Your current circumstances are directly connected to every thought you've had in the past. By changing your thoughts, you can eventually change your external reality. Your brain acts like a computer, projecting this physical reality based on your mind's input. Each thought and emotion functions as a command to your brain, shaping the reality you experience. You literally become what you fill your mind with. Everything you listen to, think, see, and say contributes to molding your mind, which in turn shapes your life and external circumstances. Throughout your life, you have been turning thoughts into physical reality. To manifest the reality you desire, focus only on what aligns with that reality. Fill your mind with your desired outcomes, and they will eventually manifest in your life. You hold immense power to create anything you wish, transforming non-physical thoughts into tangible matter. By aligning the three aspects of consciousness—your thoughts, emotions, and actions—toward your desired goal, you can create anything you wish. Remember, your mind is like a garden, and every thought, word, and emotion is a seed that grows into fruit. Be mindful of what you plant in this garden. It’s remarkable that we aren’t taught how our consciousness shapes our reality—perhaps because others don’t want you to create your own.
