New Release Approach πŸš€
Hey founders! We realized releasing pillars one by one limits flexibility. You might want to dive into something else than what’s scheduled, totally get it :) So here’s the new plan: - Releasing 1 Pillar per week, with all 10 frameworks fully included. - This week’s release: Pillar 1 β€” The Decision Engine 🧠 with the first 10 frameworks. - You now have full freedom to pick whichever framework resonates most with your current challenge. - Deep dive, test it, pressure-test it, post results, fail forward fast β€” then move to the next. πŸ’‘ How to play: 1. Choose any framework from Pillar 1. 2. Experiment for 7 days. Track results. 3. Share what worked, what didn’t, what you learned. 4. Rinse & repeat next week with the next pillar. This is your operating system in action. One framework per week. 52 weeks per year. Compounding forever. πŸ”₯ Freedom to choose. Pressure to execute. Time to build. Let’s go! β€” The Billionaire Lab Team

πŸ‘‹ Introduce Yourself - Post Your Intro Here
Welcome to The Billionaire Lab! Before you dive into frameworks, introduce yourself so the community knows who you are and what you're building. Drop your intro below using this template: πŸ‘‹ INTRO: [Your Name] πŸ—οΈ Building: [What you're working on - be specific] πŸ’° Revenue: $[X]/month (be honest, we don't judge - this helps us give better feedback) 🎯 Biggest Challenge: [What you're stuck on right now] πŸ§ͺ First Framework Testing: [Pick one from Pillar 1-2 that you'll test this week] πŸ“ Location: [City, Country - optional] πŸ”— Connect: [LinkedIn/Twitter/Website - optional] Example: πŸ‘‹ INTRO: Sarah Chen πŸ—οΈ Building: B2B SaaS for construction project management πŸ’° Revenue: $3.5K/month 🎯 Biggest Challenge: Can't scale past $10K because I'm personally closing every deal and delivering every implementation πŸ§ͺ First Framework Testing: 80/20 Rule (need to figure out which 20% of activities drive 80% of revenue so I can delegate the rest) πŸ“ Location: Austin, TX πŸ”— Connect: linkedin.com/in/sarahchen Why we ask: Your intro helps the community give you better feedback on experiments. When you post results Friday, we'll know your context and can suggest relevant next steps. New members: Sort by "Latest" to see who just joined. Welcome them. This is a community, not a course library. Let's go. πŸ”₯

"TESTING: Starting today. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ THEN WHAT? Tuesday-Thursday: Break those assumptions apart. β†’ Question each one to bedrock truth β†’ Rebuild solution from scratch β†’ Test your new approach (small scale) Friday: Post results. β†’ What broke through? β†’ What stayed the same? β†’ What did you learn? ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
