Recently been struggling with working harder, everyday I feel like I could have worked harder and was getting a little distracted so here's my productivity framework that got me out of it in case you need help too: - Plan Day on Google Calendar night before (Create work blocks for yourself in accordance to your to do list, this creates task urgency and a deadline to get it done and move into the next task to max out productivity) - Put your phone in another room charging - Make your to-do-list priorities based, and do the highest priority tasks first. Make 4-5 of these and don't allow yourself to go to sleep until you finish them. - Have an empty notebook page beside you to write down any of your thoughts that come by that seem distracting. For example, I thought about my cold calling script the other day while I was creating posts, so for some reason I went to search for cold calling script ideas/improvements instead of finishing the task at hand. Writing it down allows you to refer back to it and make sure you don't have to keep track of anything in your head. - Prioritize the winning tasks above all: Not just on your to do list, but on a bigger scale you should prioritize the actions that will generate the best results. If you want clients, your priority needs to be outreach, and that should always be the first task at hand. Hope that helps someone, it's helped me lots recently.
