I'm in a mastermind call right now and one of the members is creating a group to help dads lead their families better. In all honesty, I don't see this being a desire of secular men so I was asking questions to get in touch with the types of people who would benefit from this. So, i'm curious. What do you see as the biggest difference between leadership from a Christian perspective and leadership from a secular perspective?
