Ladies we've made it to day 5! This is basically the "last" day of the ritual because days 6 and 7 will simply be about giving you room to make your tea however you wish (or skipping tea entirely if you've had enough 😄).
Day 5 is about playing with a little squeeze of citrus juice (if you have any lemons or oranges at home) or adding in a spice like ginger
