For anyone who's available I'll be online at 11 am EST for a check-in call now that we're done with the core part of our tea ritual.
I don't have anything special prepared other than to show up and chat through the experience, answer any other questions you may have about other ways about incorporating tea into your routine (the next level would be mineral-rich herbal infusions).
