I'm familiar with eft tapping. I was introduced to this around 2020 or 2021. I forgot all about it so this was a good way to remind me. The irony of how I forget all these techniques when I'm feeling overwhelmed and anxious.
I actually like eft tapping and it was helpful trying it this morning to center me. I'm doing pretty good right now with my limited engagement with social media but I can see this helping overall throughout my day when I'm feeling uninspired or overwhelmed. I looked up a script with chatgpt that would help me overall, once the challenge is over.
I don't know if it was just me but when I did the tapping I felt an immediate relaxing response throughout my body.
