I'm not sure if I forced the thoughts from my light or shadow, I will do it again and try to feel the sensations more.,,
But my light I feel like she saying "everything is going to be okay, I love myself" feeling like she wants to be more free too
And my shadow self feels like she's saying " I hate everything, I hate myself, everyone expects something from me" feeling like there's no point to anything in life
I asked what shadow needed today, I feel like she said cry and f*ck sh*t up
