Got up this morning at 6:30. Omg, I was still tired. Wake up at a set time (6:30am)
- Sat in stillness (15 min) → listen, not ask
- Speak your identity out loud
- I am a woman who honors her life with discipline and truth. I do not wait for feelings—I move with decision. My art is not optional—it is my calling. Money flows to me because I show up fully. I do what I say I will do—especially when I don’t feel like it. I walk with God, not behind fear.
- Visualized my studio, collectors, money flowing
- Moved my body stretched treadmill 15 mins
- It is challenging however, I do it.
