Belief Work Exercise
Every cycle you repeat has a belief underneath it. Every trigger has a belief underneath it. Every fear, shutdown, overreaction, or self-sabotaging moment is rooted in a belief that was formed long before you understood it. I want to invite you into a simple but powerful practice. Drop one belief below that you feel comfortable sharing. Just one. It can be small, big, emotional, confusing, or something you’ve never said out loud before. Examples: β€œI have to do everything alone” β€œRest is unproductive” β€œI’m too much” β€œLove never stays” β€œI’m not safe when I open up” β€œGood things do not last for me” Once you share yours, we will look at it together. We will explore where it came from and what it has been trying to protect you from. And as a community, we will begin the process of healing it at the root. This is not just about admitting a belief. This is about releasing the version of you who lived under it. Your identity is ready to rise into truth. Drop your belief when you are ready. You are safe here!!

This episode goes into the real beliefs I had to heal in order to become the woman, wife, and mother God intended. I talk about what it was like to enter a healthy relationship with a wounded belief system, how my nervous system reacted to affection and trust, and how pregnancy forced me to face guilt, rest, cravings, and self-judgment in a whole new way. If you have ever struggled with intimacy, trust, resting without guilt, emotional eating, or feeling safe in your body, this episode is going to hit home.
