Every athlete, every performer, every person chasing something big has a version of themselves they haven't met yet. That version isn't locked behind more talent or more hours in the gym. It's locked behind the mind — and most people never learn how to unlock it. That's what Untapped is for. I'm Zak Taylor — 2018 National Champion with Oregon State Baseball, currently in my second year of a M.S. in Sport & Exercise Psychology, and Director of Beaver Baseball Development at Oregon State. I've competed at the highest level, and now I study and coach the mental side of performance for a living. What I've learned from both sides: the gap between good and great almost never comes down to physical ability. It comes down to what's still untapped upstairs. Here's how we untap it, together: 🎯 Daily intentions — a short prompt each morning to keep you tapping into your focus, one day at a time 🎥 Short videos (2-3 min) — research-backed mental performance tools, no fluff, just what actually works 🧠 Real psychology — grounded in the science, translated into plain language you can use today 💬 A community — people who are done leaving potential on the table, training their mind as seriously as their body This is for you if you're: - An athlete who knows there's another level in there - A coach who wants to help your athletes access theirs - Someone in a high-pressure job or season of life ready to think clearer under pressure You don't need to overhaul everything overnight. You just need to keep tapping in, one intention at a time. Let's find out what's in there. — Zak Taylor
