If you are seeing this as a pinned post, you are a founding member! Here is what that means: 1) You word carries a lot of weight. Tell me what you want. Bat speed camp? I can put that together. How to prepare for a tryout or showcase? I can put a module together. How to properly fuel your body for a tournament weekend? Got you. Read through this post and follow the instructions so you can get a full swing breakdown. Follow these steps: 1) Trim your video so it is just 1 swing. It can be practice or game swings. 2) Go to the "swing breakdown" tab and create a post. 3) Add a title of "[NAME] 1st Breakdown" 4) Attach the video and in the caption, answer these questions: - What is your biggest challenge right now? (Ex: adjusting to offspeed, timing, 2 strike approach, etc) - Do you currently hit with a hitting coach? - Can I use clips of your swings and post them for case studies? (Yes, no, blur out face) I will reply in the thread with a video breakdown of your swing and drills in the "CLASSROOM" tab that you can follow that will help you. Ask questions in the group and don't be afraid to join the Q&A live calls!
