I started an initiative this week that every time I spend, a certain amount gets put away for our homestead savings 🌻 the win is that we've already started saving! I am quite excited for this chapter to progress! As I've always kinda struggled with such things. 🌱💚 I have cut back heaps after creating a spreadsheet of all my own spending and where each dollar has been going the past month. I also cancelled so many subscriptions too! 🎉

My girls are one year and a month apart. It's the sisterhood I always wanted but never wanted to be "mom" of 🤣🤣 It's a daily mutiny with these girls. Tonight, instead of a fireplace video and music, my 2.9year old said she wanted Baby Shark. Specifically, Doctor Baby Shark (videos on YouTube) As I attempted to convince her to at least let me put on a sleepy music baby shark video, her younger sister pops up from her playpen shouting, "Doc-ter! doc-ter!" and smiling to herself about it. You guys, she doesn't really talk yet! This was a huge word for her to randomly say! 😭😭 So they will be up an extra hour because I can't resist letting her win this one. 🥰😅
