Just left the gym! I’m trying a new approach to maintaining a healthy lifestyle and focusing on CONSISTENCY. So many times I fall into this pattern of hitting it hard at the gym and making sure I stay there for at least an hour, 3x a week…then I totally fall off that pattern because life and marriage and kids and all the things! But I think there’s something about staying consistent, and doing something seemingly small every day…even if it’s just 10 minutes at the gym or a 10 minute daily walk…those 10 minutes per day will eventually turn into months and then years! The key is not so much in killing yourself to go to the gym for hours, but staying consistent with the little things because they will eventually add up to big things over time!
