I’m Jason Pedersen, owner of iLevel Construction LLC in the Black Hills of South Dakota. We build high-end custom homes, but more importantly, we build a better way for our clients, our team and our families. From this came the inception of The Balanced Builder.
After years of running a construction business, I’ve seen too many great builders burn out or hit a ceiling. Not because they can’t build, but because they don’t have the internal structure to scale without sacrificing quality of life, and that’s why this community exists.
