I’m in the process of changing my eating habits to go along with my lifestyle. Super excited about being in this community!

Hey yall
My two biggest wellness challenges are binge eating when I'm bored or stressed and staying motivated to workout. I love the way working out makes me feel but I'll be consistent for a time then fall off. I have added my workout to my calendar this week to get me back in line.
