This past week, I received a text by my friend Bob. Bob was struggling with a few projects that weren't going the way he was hoping. The stress was causing health issues like increase his blood pressure. He had been approaching his projects from Level 2 (Hustle and Grind) and he began leveling-up to Level 3 (Ease and Flow). GAIN! Existing in a state of non-resistance and flow has been my focus, knowing all will work out fine… letting go of the need to control, hustle & grind to make things occur. Albeit a minor gain, all are celebrated because everything is energy. Yesterday I woke up in gorgeous flow state of productivity and much was created since 4am. I did an aligned livestream from the beach and realized that I’ve gone over my scheduled timeframe to get to the next appointment; a hair highlight. As silly as good hair sounds to many, it’s important to me. I was told earlier that the stylist I scheduled with could not take me and I was handed off to someone with less expertise. No problem. I flowed with and imagined great hair as an outcome. I hadn’t eaten all day and had a hankering for poke and imagined being first in line to get my food fast and easy. Voila. All within a tight timeframe. I arrived early, not late, to my hair appointment where I was met with a stylist who allowed me to eat my food while she did my hair earlier than expected. She did a great job; turned out amazingly. I set the intention that of ease and flow, that all would work out in my favor, I didn’t resist a thing. That is what happened. Beautiful!
